Cincy at Night

In 2006, I moved to the greater Cincinnati area. I began to be drawn to the beauty and allure of its skyline, as viewed from the Kentucky side of the Ohio river. Having admired various images of the city, I ventured to Covington, Kentucky one evening to capture a five photo panoramic view of the Cincinnati skyline from across the Ohio River. The resulting long exposure photograph showcases the vibrant glow of Great American Ball Park in brilliant reds, complemented by the nearby Great American Building, with the various building of downtown Cincinnati. The stillness of the water enhances the scene, with smooth reflections of blues, reds, and purples creating a mesmerizing effect. This striking image has become one of my favorites and remains the best-selling piece in my portfolio, resonating with many who appreciate the beauty of Cincinnati at night.
