Dog & Turtle

I was in the Smoky Mountains, taking morning photos. I walked along a stream and noticed two rocks sticking out of the water. From my angle, they looked like the heads of two animals. The front rock resembled a dog paddling down the stream, while the back rock looked like a turtle with its head above the water. I was with some friends, and called them over to see, and they were amazed to see the same thing, once I pointed them out. I loved how the mountain stream was quickly flowing around the 2 rocks, along with the shadows of the stream bank. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to catch the scene.
