Turkey

A wild turkey stands prominently in a field characterized by a blend of green and brown hues. Its white head is raised, indicating alertness as it surveys its surroundings with cautious curiosity. The contrast between the rich brown feathers of the turkey and the vibrant green grass creates a striking visual dynamic, drawing attention to the bird’s natural beauty. In the background, lush green trees rise, framing the scene and adding depth to the composition. The combination of colors and the turkey’s poised stance encapsulate the essence of wildlife in its natural habitat. I find it interesting that Benjamin Franklin wanted to name the wild turkey our national bird. With its regal pose in this photo, I can kind of see why.
